The ITCS-WebClock is updated in minutes from the Telephone Punch.

Employee Telephone Timekeeping

Employees Call-In on your company's dedicated phone number and enter their Code or PIN (to validate themselves).  Once validated, employees simply follow the lead of our friendly voice and make their selections on the phone keypad.

All WebClock Reports Are Available

The Phone Time Clock data is integrated with all of the ITCS-WebClock processing rules and is available on all of the reports.

Telephone Number Tracked

The number from which the call is placed is tracked. You may disallow punches coming outside of your authorized list. By replacing the IP Address field with the telephone number that initiated the transaction you will be able to use the IP Location report to show all punch transaction locations.
